Project manager

We are a digital agency focused on creating large websites and B2B/B2C e-commerce projects. We have been on the market for more than 10 years. In terms of the project development cycle, we provide services from A to Z: from input analysis, through graphics and programming to marketing services, monitoring, management and evaluation.

• We work agile in small teams and weekly sprints. We have weekly retrospectives, collaborative planning, daily stand-ups
• we use Jira Software and Atlassian's Confluence to manage our projects
• we host projects in the cloud, we use Microsoft Azure services
• we are partners of Microsoft, Google, and Seyfor
• we try to build good relations and long-term partnerships with our clients
• we focus on the quality of our projects and we want to move forward. We have established code reviews, regular developer meetings, and participate in conferences

What do we expect from you?

• design, planning and coordination of the implementation of mainly e-shop projects
• project team management and active communication with clients
• responsibility for project quality, meeting deadlines and client satisfaction
• identification of important client needs and offer of possible solutions
• excellent organizational, presentation and communication skills and very good presentation
• experience with project management of larger projects in the field of internet solutions - ideally e-commerce
• you take entrusted projects as your own and do your best for their successful completion
• you can negotiate and assert yourself
• you are a team player
