HEJDUK SPORT is a leading B2B and B2C supplier of hockey equipment brands CCM and Bauer in the Czech Republic. We recognized that the Polish market holds significant potential. It is the 5th largest in Europe and hockey in Poland is on the rise.

Therefore, we came up with a strategy to enter the Polish market without the risk of high investments. For our expansion, we utilized Polish Allegro and connected sales through automatic order synchronization via our e-shop to the ERP POHODA. As a result, we minimized the administration associated with managing new orders.
